3 or 6 months
Google and LinkedIn Ads, tracking, CRM, and the content that feeds them. Fixed scope, fixed price and fixed end date. The price is set against the scope, and it is agreed before we start.
Fast-track: 3 months, €2,200 a month. Ad budget of at least €4,000 a month in months 2 and 3.
Standard: 6 months, €1,100 a month. Ad budget of at least €2,000 a month in months 3 to 6.
Same scope and same total fee on both tracks. Month 1 is paid before it starts. From month 2, each month is invoiced on the 15th and payable within 14 days.
After the build, you choose who runs it:

The two retainers are a flat monthly fee banded by the ad spend I manage. Never a percentage of spend, because a percentage would pay me to recommend spending more.

The ads retainer is month to month with no minimum term. The full retainer has a three-month initial term, then month to month.
The ad budget is not included, and it never passes through my invoice.
